This exhibition showcases the exceptional work produced by Morley’s jewellery and textiles students. Many of the students have developed work in response to the rich theme of cultural patterns and forms with particular reference to Oceanic and Japanese artworks and artefacts.
The work on display reflects the breadth of specialisms within Morley. In Textiles this includes, print, weave, felt making, stitch, dyeing, knit, quilting, basketry, tapestry weaving and mosaics and in Jewellery forging, etching, enamelling, stone setting and casting. Some works will be for sale.
Jewellery at Morley
Morley has newly refurbished jewellery studios and offers a range of part time day and evening courses to suit those new to jewellery making through to the experienced jeweller.

Textiles courses are well established at Morley and offer a uniquely wide range of specialisms at all levels; beginner through to advanced level in our bright, modern, well equipped studios.
