In Six Scenes
The Morley Opera School present an eclectic mix of scenes, celebrating the theme of sisterhood. From biological sisters, long-lost or otherwise, sister wives or nuns, you will witness 6 slices of life in the US across the last century: Mark Adamo’s Little Women, André Previn’s A Streetcar Named Desire, Giancarlo Menotti’s The Saint of Bleecker Street, Nico Muhly’s Dark Sisters, Jake Heggie’s Dead Man Walking and Elena Langer’s raucous Chekhov-meets-Schicchi dark comedy Four Sisters.
