What you will learn

If you are studying ESOL Entry 3 or above and would like to improve your confidence in speaking English, this is the class for you. You will work individually, in pairs and in groups to participate in a range of activities to develop your communication skills and build confidence.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Students will improve their speaking ability in English both in terms of fluency and comprehensibility
Students will review basic grammatical forms of English at Entry 3 and above and the use of these forms in specific communicative contexts
Students will focus on the prosodic features of spoken English
Students will heighten their awareness of correct usage of English grammar in speaking
