Michael is Morley’s People Operations Advisor responsible for consulting on HR matters within the College.
Prior to joining Morley College, Michael worked as an HR Generalist in a private company providing foster care for children and vulnerable young adults. He has also worked as an HR Administrator in Local Government , more specifically within the Children’s Service. Michael’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Higher Diploma in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
