Matthew is Morley’s Chief Marketing and Engagement Officer, responsible for all internal and external communications at the college.
Prior to joining Morley in early 2020, Matthew was Director of Strategic Development and Fundraising at the Royal Academy of Dance, where his achievements include originating the Silver Swans scheme (dance classes for 55+ year olds) and a three-year campaign to drive participation in dance amongst boys (Project B).
Matthew has worked in education communications throughout his career, including stints at universities applications service UCAS and government agency QCA (Qualifications and Curriculum Authority).
His personal interests include international travel, architecture and design, and music.
