I joined Morley in 2016 and teach courses on observational and abstract painting and drawing, mixed media, collage, and colour. Art is a skill that can be taught, and I enjoy working with students to develop their creativity so they can see and experience the world in new ways.
As a classically trained professional artist, I paint, sculpt and knot surfaces to create abstract, colour-driven forms that range from hand-held to room-sized installations. I enjoy teaching at Morley because it allows me to share an extensive knowledge of painting materials and techniques while making them accessible to students of all levels.
