Louise is one of the People Operations Business Partners and has worked in both FE and HE for over 7 years. Louise is an experienced HR professional and has worked in both the private (oil and gas, mining) and public sectors (public broadcasting, not for profit).
Louise reports to the Chief People Officer and works in partnership with College leaders and managers to develop and deliver People plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the College. Louise also provides advice, guidance and support to colleagues and managers on people management issues.
