Gill has had a long career in Further Education as a lecturer and manager in the curriculum areas of ESOL, MFL and Teacher Training. Her main focus has been to contribute to the improvement of the quality of teaching and learning for the benefit of all learners. She worked at Kensington and Chelsea College for many years and was involved in the Save Wornington College campaign. Gill shares Morley’s belief in the power of FE and Adult Education to transform lives. As a long-term resident of North Kensington, she enjoys benefitting from the revived Morley adult education offer locally and supports Morley’s initiatives to respond to local skills needs.
