Gail has spent her professional career in financial services, mainly in roles requiring governance, risk management, strategy and change leadership expertise. She worked in banking in New York and Paris before moving to asset management and settling happily in London in 2006.
A desire to become more involved in her local community led Gail to become a Trustee of the Volunteer Centre of Kensington & Chelsea. This led to several terms of teaching Year 6 students about savings and instructing pensioners on how to use computers at the local library. Although she has not yet managed to use her further education teacher training qualification, Gail has served on the board of an education-related grant-giving Foundation and is proud to be a Morley Governor.
