Fatema is the professional development manager and joined Morley College London in February 2023. Fatema has been in the FE sector as a teacher, teacher trainer and development manager for 20 years
She is an experienced teacher and manager who reports into Chief People Officer Alison McNamara. Her role is to develop and implement a learning and development strategy for all staff at Morley.
Fatema will work alongside colleagues to ensure that training and support is available for staff in their Morley journey and beyond.
Morley attracted Fatema because of its creative vibe and the genuine feel that lifelong learning is for everyone.
