Alison is Chief People Officer at Morley, responsible for all matters relating to our employees and their employment at Morley.
Alison joined in 2021, from the Nursing and Midwifery Council and prior to that was Director of People and Organisational Development at Asthma UK. She has spent her career in the not for profit sector including with the Audit Commission and the South West Regional Development Agency leading people and change management.
Her achievements include successful programme management of organisational transformation programmes, designing and implementing leadership and management development interventions, and driving up organisational and team performance and productivity.
