In July 2023 we implemented a new online enrolment system for short course enrolments. After testing it throughout the summer enrolment period, it is now being rolled out across all unaccredited short courses for the coming academic year.

Instructions for using the system

The first time you use the system:

  • Navigate to the course you’re interested in
  • Press the enrol button
  • Follow the instructions on screen to create an account
  • Work through the enrolment process
  • Check out and pay
  • You will receive an email acknowledging your account set up, a payment receipt and an enrolment acknowledgement

Subsequent enrolments:

  • Navigate to the course you’re interested in
  • Press the enrol button
  • Login to your account (you may already be logged in)
  • The system remembers some of your answers so that you can skip to check out
  • Any fields that need re-inputting will be highlighted
  • Check out and pay
  • You will receive a payment receipt and an enrolment acknowledgement

A note for existing students

The new system isn’t linked to the old one so you will need to create a new login. At present you will need to enrol on courses one by one. Later on in the year it will be possible to add more than one course to the basket and check them all out at once. We will email you when this feature becomes available.

You may wish to access your course purchase history in the old system and you will be able to do this by logging into your old account here.
