You will have a strong interest in music and audio equipment. You will have completed Live Sound Engineering 1 or have a similar level of knowledge.
Handling and lifting of audio equipment such as microphone stands, cables, speakers and mixer consoles are an essential part of this class. Advice on safe handling of equipment will be given at the beginning of the course. Due to the nature of the instruments/content of the course you might be exposed to high volume levels. We strongly encourage everyone to bring a pair of ear plugs to every lesson.
