Learn to make your own Sculpture modelling tools in wood and metal in this 1-day Sculpture Taster course. You will learn to cut and shape both wood and metal with hand tools and studio machinery to create your own hand modelling tools for use with clay, wax and/or plaster. Learn safe studio practice with hand tools and relevant studio machinery.. Open to all levels including Beginners. All materials and PPE provided.
1-day Taster workshop with tutor demonstration and guidance with students practicing the techniques to make their own tools. Question and Answer Feedback and Guidance through out the day course.
No entry requirements. Open to all levels including Beginners.
Sculpture courses are held offsite 5 minute walk from the Main Waterloo campus in Pelham Hall Sculpture studio on Lambeth Walk.
Bring an apron or work shirt and wear comfortable sturdy closed shoes or boots. Note book and phone are handy to record procedures.
