This fun and creative class will teach you new dance skills. You will learn how to express yourself through movement on your own and in a group with other students. You will develop increased body awareness and confidence through improvisation. At the end of your course you will take part in a dance performance.

What you will learn
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Work with safe body alignment
- Move dynamically in space
- Observe other people moving
- Learn some basic dance terms and techniques
Class format and activities
The class will consist of a group warm up, an exploration of different ways of moving to music and a group, pair or individual dance performance.

This course is for adults with a learning disability.
