This course focusses on writing as a way of increasing our own wellbeing. Each lesson will focus on enjoying a single poem or short prose extract together, followed by opportunities to write, and to share what you have written, if you wish to do so (no one will be forced to share before we are ready). The focus will be on enjoyment, and on increasing understanding of ourselves and others through writing.
