Students are given handouts for each lesson., The tutor explains and demonstrates examples so that students can copy or develop ideas., The tutor accompanies on bass guitar or piano so that students develop a sense of performance., Theory of music, phrasing, harmony, rhythm and technique are applied in a practical way., Students are provided with mp3 audio tracks for practice at home.
A reasonable command of your instrument and a basic understanding of chord symbols and harmony is required, This course follows on from Bass Guitar 1, but is also designed for those who have not attended before., If in doubt, please discuss with the tutor which bass guitar course you are most suited for., If you are new to this course please select 'Ask a Question' and the curriculum department will contact you.

Joining Morley College Bass Guitar 3, Jazz Bass, Rock & Pop Band 1, Latin Workshops, Rehearsing and doing gigs with other musicians.
