Class format and activities
Each week 3-4 players will perform their chosen work from the piano repertoire. All students will be encouraged to participate in discussions about performance practice and to give suggestions in technical challenges as well as interpretation. Excellent attendance and punctuality is expected.
Entry requirements
You should be playing the piano at minimum Grade 8 standard.
What you need to know before you enrol
You should have access to an acoustic piano so that you can practise between the sessions. You should also budget about £15 for music scores. Music scores may also be available free online.
What you need
You will need to bring all the music scores performed in each class so that can participate in discussions. You should also keep a journal when you can make notes during the class.
