This is an accredited Level 2 course, which is ideal for anyone hoping to apply for a position in office administration. You can expect to gain an important set of skills, which will include being able to produce formal documents, developing professional relationships with colleagues, customers and clients, and learning how to manage and organise information. You will be working towards a Level 2 Certificate in the principles of Business Administration.
On successful completion of the course, you will achieve the following qualification: Certificate in Principles of Business Administration (VRQ) [NCFE]
You will participate in group activities and work independently. In order to ensure that you make the best possible progress on your course, you will have regular feedback from your tutor, in a constructive and supportive environment.
You will need to be a fluent English speaker (i.e. have spoken and written skills at Level 1 or above). You will be required to undertake an assessment before enrolling on the course.
Excellent attendance (100%) is a requirement for this course. You are also required to study between lessons.
