IT Services Technician

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technician to deliver, support, secure and enhance computing, audio-visual and reprographic services that improve the effectiveness of learning, teaching and assessment and College events.

The successful candidate should be comfortable with prioritisation via a service desk ticketing system and be able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders.

The role will be predominantly based in the Waterloo  campus but with a requirement to support across all sites as required.

This is a shift based role to ensure that we have coverage across the Campus opening hours.
