Bibimbap

Bibimbap is a bowl of rice topped with seasonal vegetables (namul), ground beef, chili pepper paste (gochujang) and sesame oil (chamgirum). Bibimbap is not only tasty but also healthy. As the ingredient can be added or removed according to your taste, Bibimbap is suitable for everyone including a vegetarian.

Bulgogi

Korea’s representative meat dish, Bulgogi is always one of most favourite dishes among foreigners. Bulgogi is normally beef in a delicious, sweet source. However, if you prefer pork, you can try Pork Bulgogi, which is spicy and sweet. Normally, they are served with a bowl of rice and several side dishes.

Kimbap Korean

Kimbap

Kimbap is Korean dried seaweed rolls with steamed rice and other ingredients. You can find a variety of variations on the fillings, such as fish, meat, cheese, ham, eggs, different colored vegetables. Kimbap is so easy to carry that it is a must-have picnic dish. Kimbap is also suitable for a vegetarian as the filling ingredients can be added or removed.
