Why study Complementary or Beauty Therapies at Morley:
Morley College has been training therapists for over 30 years and we are proud to be associated with a number of leading bodies including the Complementary health Professionals, National Guild of Hypnotists and City and Guilds and CIBTAC
Whether you wish to obtain an insight into various therapies and how they work or achieve a diploma to practice you can:
- Network with like-minded adult students
- Gain a deeper insight of your therapy from your tutor who will have experience of working in their own private practice, often in specialist areas
- Find opportunities to work in a voluntary environment whilst training
- Progress to opportunities of employment once you have successfully completed your Level 3 course.
Whilst studying at Morley students will have an opportunity to work in a voluntary capacity at a variety of specialist organisations in the London area, this will allow students to gain knowledge of their therapy as well as work in a realistic setting. Students may also have an opportunity to complete some of their case studies in a specialist treatment room that will be made available at Stockwell Centre this will better prepare students for their progression to work in a clinic environment once they have achieved their qualification to practice.
So what are you waiting for? Step off of the treadmill and enrol onto one of our complementary therapy or beauty courses and you will be surprised by the balancing and grounding effect working as a practitioner can have on your own health.
I love how my course was taught and I hope to put what I've learnt into practice and make a career out of it
