Naeem is a Chartered Management Accountant and Deputy Director of Finance at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust where he leads on financial planning and performance. He has held senior roles in several acute hospital Trusts, successfully leading teams through complex change, turnaround programmes and system-wide planning. Naeem lives in West London, having been born and raised in Hammersmith, and is passionate about life-long learning and the power of education to progress the individual, the economy and our society.
