The College is supported by a Youth Services Mental Health Adviser from MIND. If you are 16-25 years old you can access MIND’s free and confidential MIND Wellbeing Advice Service at the College. The MIND advice service is not a counselling service but helps teach students practical coping strategies for managing their mental health and wellbeing through a mixture of activities, discussion and helpful resources.

MIND can help if you are experiencing low mood or anxiety, need help with managing stress, are finding coping with student life difficult, are having difficulties in managing your emotions, are experiencing problems with sleeping or are worried about exams.

To access support from MIND contact in the first instance.

MIND also offers workshops so you may see their Youth Services Mental Health Adviser in class from time to time.
