Cardew Space: Pins and Needles

One of the most important aspects of the HND Fashion course is collaborative practice. Learning to work in a team whilst also considering the needs of a client are skills that will prove essential as students progress into the Fashion industry. This “toile wall” has been completed using individual student projects which have been linked together to create a single hanging sculpture. The students have worked as a team to construct the wall; deciding on placement, style and embellishments in designing a cohesive body of work from their own varied and individual projects.
