Cost
Entry requirements
This course is for anyone, particularly if you need to set aside time for yourself. No previous experience. However, anyone who thinks they may be suffering from serious/clinical anxiety or depression are strongly advised to see their GP first before joining the class and to advise the teacher of any treatments they are undergoing.
What you need to know before you enrol
Excellent attendance and punctuality is required from all students. The teaching and is tailored to match the needs of each student. All movements in the class are designed to be explored with a feeling of ease, so you should always feel included and safe.
What you need
In order to access online resources for your course, you will need the following: Loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. The college provides yoga mats; however, you can bring your own yoga mat if you would like, this is completely optional.
Class format and activities
This course will be delivered on line. This course will prepare you for exploring yoga movements that help undo tension, learning breathing techniques that promote calmness and exploring the inner-life of the body. You will learn strategies for reducing stress, explore relaxation techniques that help promote healthy sleep patterns.
