Class format and activities
Teaching is classroom based. Teaching is both as a whole class and an individual one-to-one basis using demonstrations, discussion, examples, samples, handouts and other technical support material. You will negotiate individual learning goals together with the tutor. Demonstrations with workshop practice will form the main body of the learning environment to embrace the challenging interior design projects. Achievement on your course will be measured by whether you meet the learning outcomes above. At the start of the course you will have the opportunity to discuss this with your tutor and set your own personal targets, linked to the learning outcomes and future goals. As you begin to develop your own designs, you will do more independent work. In order to ensure that you make the best possible progress on your course, you will have regular feedback from your tutor, in a constructive and supportive environment.
