This introductory course is for anyone with an interest in how an understanding of science can help with the learning and development of dance. You will learn how key physics principles can be used to understand key skills such as balancing, spinning and jumping.
A series of fun and engaging sessions. You will learn through practical activities, demonstrations, group work. videos and discussion.In order to ensure that you make the best possible progress on your course, you will have regular and detailed feedback from your tutor, in a constructive and supportive environment.
Open to all - no prior knowledge necessary.
There will be some gentle movement involved within the sessions to illustrate principles. You should wear sensible shoes and be prepared to take part in the activities. For further course information please email firstname.lastname@example.org
