Sessions will be held in the college and will also be live streamed for students outside London including international students. You will have a choice to attend onsite or online. Each student plays several times a term and works in detail with the tutor. Usually 4-5 students perform during the course of a session. The attending students are encouraged to make comments and partake in the proceedings. Hearing others perform a great variety of repertoire is just as important a part of learning. Every week there is also a technical session where a technical study is worked on in detail. Students are encouraged to practice and play to the class , preferably from memory. Tutor frequently introduces suitable pieces for the class to learn. There is a sight reading exercise using a duet piece three times a term. You will need to follow and participate in discussions in English.

Excellent attendance and punctuality is required from all students. This course requires study/completion of activities outside of class time.
