What you will learn

This 10 week short course will provide an introduction to the healing world of child centred play therapy. Learn from our incredible early years team about this evidence based approach and why it can be so effecive in children.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Define what is play therapy.
  • Identify child centred play therapy skills
  • Identify ways to respond to children in challenging situations with play therapy
  • Outline the stages involved in play therapy

    The course will take place weekly in College at our North Kensington Centre. You will learn through a range of lecture, group work, discussion, case studies and practical applications. Achievement will be determined via performance against the above learning outcomes.

    No prior knowledge required - open to all with an interest in play or early years.
