If you have been playing the recorder for at least two years and have some sight reading skills join the Recorders Orchestra and learn to play intermediate tunes with others in an ensemble setting. For more experienced players, this two-day course will provide the opportunity to play different sizes of recorder in an ensemble setting.
We will play inspiring Italian and German ensemble music from the renaissance and baroque time.
You must be able to read music and have good time-keeping skills. For experienced players, this one-day course will provide the opportunity to play different sizes of recorder.
Excellent attendance and punctuality is required from all students. This course requires study/completion of activities outside of class time
Recorder/s (440 Hz), pencil, note book.
