What you will learn
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Talk about events and places, express location, preferences, and compare information
- Say what you did at the weekend (past tense/pretérito indefinido)
- Describe objects and their use
- Describe people, places and things in the past (past tense/pretérito imperfecto)
Class format and activities
Developing speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. Learning through practical activities (individual tasks, role-plays, pair and small group work and games). Listening for the gist or basic information. In order to ensure that you make the best possible progress on your course, you will have regular and detailed feedback from your tutor, in a constructive and supportive environment.
To have a level of Spanish equivalent to Spanish level 2 (second year of study). Equivalent to 80 hours of tuition. Ideally to have done Spanish stage 2, units 1 & 2; or equivalent
