What you will learn

This course will provide you with the insight and creative tools necessary to develop movement material, from a directorial perspective, for individual and group performance

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Have learnt about the purpose of movement direction and skill-base necessary for directing movement for performance
Have learnt to apply your learning to practical movement directorial tasks
Have learnt to work solo and in a group, using your learning in the skills and knowledge associated with movement direction
Have learnt to reflect on what it is that makes movement effective within performance

The course is open to all and is particularly to suited to dancers, actors, directors, writers, visual artists and those working in the arts and community sector
