Keep up the momentum from what you learnt at Stage 1 Term 2 and develop more of your skills and confidence. Learn to describe the location of objects etc. Also learn how to describe the daily routine including your feeling and opinion.
The course will be delivered using spoken and written forms, as well as other tools including powerpoint slides and interactive presentation. The teacher also uses Microsoft Teams to support online learning. During the lesson students will interact using group or pair work, quizzes, games etc. Achievement on your course will be measured by whether you meet the learning outcomes above. At the start of the course you will have an opportunity to discuss these with your tutor and set your own personal targets, linked to the learning outcomes and future goals.
You should be able to read and write all Hiragana. You should be able to introduce yourself, your occupation and place of living. You should be able to describe your daily routine including time, transport, places and shopping.
Excellent attendance and punctuality is required from all students. This course requires study/completion of activities outside of class. You will be expected to access online resource to do your weekly homework.
You will need to bring note-taking materials.
