Relax and unwind whilst getting to know a different Yoga posture each lesson. This is a slow meditative and introductory Iyengar Yoga class. You will learn standing postures, seared postures, backbends, twists, restorative postures, and introductory pranayama (breath work). Each class will also feature 5 minutes of guided yoga theory. .
