This one day introduction to medical terminology will provide a basic overview of the correct construction, recognition and usage of medical terminology. Learn how medical terms are built, and how to recognise some key medical terms from their definitions. Ideal for those with no previous knowledge of the subject, and who are keen to pursue further study in the health and clinical professions.
You will be taught in a number of different ways including presentations with visual examples, discussions and problem solving activities. Achievement on your course will be measured by whether you meet the learning outcomes above.
Open to all - no prior knowledge required.
