Class format and activitiesStudents will be introduced to a variety of creative writing techniques with examples of texts by a range of authors. The emphasis is on analysing and writing fiction to prepare stydents for the first term of the GCSE course. As well as reading and writing, discussion is an important part of the course.Entry requirementsStudents should have native or near-native command of English and a Functional Skills qualification is advisable.
