What you will learn

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Vocal Technique: Sing safely and effectively, explore and better understand your own voice
Musicianship: Develop aural and musical skills by learning by ear and singing in harmony
Artistic Interpretation: Demonstrate an understanding of how to interpret folk songs and express them in your own way
Context: Present songs in the folk style with some awareness of their context
Performance Skills: Gain confidence in singing as part of a group
