What you will learn

You are studying ESOL Entry 1 or Entry 2. This course will give you lots of opportunities to practise grammar and you will gain confidence in using grammar more effectively.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Be able to use the present simple to talk about and describe repeated actions and habits
  • Be able to use the present continuous to talk about actions happening at the moment and give descriptions
  • Be able to use the present continuous to talk about future arrangements
  • Be able to ask wh questions in the present tense

Class format and activities

During this course, you will: Work individually, in pairs and in groups to develop grammar skills and confidence. Use the internet and other technology to develop grammar skills. In order to ensure that you make the best possible progress on your course, you will have regular feedback from your tutor, in a constructive and supportive environment.
