Acem Meditation can prove very beneficial to all stress-related symptoms. For the beginner, the most obvious effects are relaxation and increased energy. It is generally accepted that meditation techniques can lower blood pressure and mitigating other undesirable effects of modern life style, like headaches, backaches, insomnia etc.
You will get instructions and systematic guidance to learn the meditation technique properly. You will take part in group discussions and talks on the psychology of meditation to help you to establish meditation habits, enrich your personal experience and help you to identify opportunities for growth.
The only requirement is your own motivation to learn and practise the technique.
