What you will learn

The Level 3 Access to HE Diploma in Business and Finance is a nationally recognised qualification regulated by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) which is designed to provide preparation for study in higher education (HE) in the UK for adults returning to education. In order the gain the Access to HE Diploma, learners must achieve a total of 60 credits. Learners primarily progress to Higher Education study in areas related to Business and Finance. These may include some of the following areas of Degree level study: Accountancy, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Business Studies, Business Management, Finance, International Finance and a wide range of combined and related degrees.

Entry requirements

You must be aged 19 or above

- You should have GCSEs in English and maths (grades A to C) or equivalent qualifications. You will need these two qualifications in addition to the Access to HE Diploma to progress to most university courses.

What you need to know before you enrol

Excellent attendance of 90% or higher is expected from all students.
