What you will learn

By the end of the course you will be able to

This is the Level 2 practitioner course with a focus on self development that forms part of a nationally recognised qualification, successful completion allows professional practice. Participants will become attuned to Reiki II healing energy to further enhance their healing ability.
You must have completed Reiki I before starting this course and you will be asked to produce your Reiki I certificate at the first session.

  • Discover and channel greater power and focus by using symbols for physical, mental & emotional conditions
  • Perform Distance/Absent healing and beaming
  • Conduct a complete treatment using all the 3 symbols
  • Further applications of Reiki
  • Guidelines for setting up own practice

Class format and activities

Receiving Reiki 2 attunement, practising Reiki healing on yourself and fellow students.
Taking part in meditation and visualisation exercises. Completing written assignments and coursework. Performing practical exercises on yourself and class members. Taking part in group/class discussions and providing feedback. Observing tutor demonstrations, powerpoint presentations and listening to lectures.

In order to ensure that you make the best possible progress on your course, you will have regular feedback from your tutor, in a constructive and supportive environment.

Entry requirements

Must have completed Usui Reiki 1 Course. The certificate must be produced as evidence in the first session.
3 months should have passed since completing the Reiki 1 Course to allow you time to complete the 21 days self-cleansing period, develop your sensitivity to the flow of life-force energy and gain experience using all the hand positions for treating yourself and others.
Please inform the tutor if you take regular medication or have any medical conditions.

What you need to know before you enrol

You will get the most out of this course by attending regularly and practising outside of class time.
There are 4 x 3 case studies and assignments that need to be completed.
Written records of your Reiki treatments will need to be kept to build up a portfolio.
Students will be assessed through the course on both practical and theoretical exercises completed in class,
You need basic computer skills to enable you to access online learning.

What you will need for your class

Writing materials (pens, paper and a folder for handouts), Couch cover or bedsheet and drinking water. Also bring some antiseptic wet wipes or hand gel. Wear loose comfortable clothing allowing free movement of arms, hands and legs. Information on any additional materials will be provided by the tutor in the first session.
