What you will learn

The perfect opportunity to try out printmaking in our specialist studio with one of our experienced tutor.

By the end of the course you will be able to

  • You will experiment with a printmaking technique taking it through the drawing and innovation stage, then inking and printing to making a series of prints in colour and black and white.

Class format and activities

You will experience using a printing press, specialist tools and inks, and have a clear idea about the different techniques and processes we offer at the Chelsea Centre.

Constructive and supportive feedback from your tutor will help you succeed during the class.

No experience needed.

What you need to know before you enrol

The Printmaking Studio is at the Morley Chelsea Centre, Hortensia Road SW10 in the Carlyle building, room CG05 on the ground floor.

What you will need for your class

All materials included except the paper you use to print on, which can be bought in the studio.
