What you will learn
This workshop is aimed at anyone interested in setting up a Counselling business and focuses on tools and techniques for developing your business idea.
This includes creating marketing strategies and plans, preparing financial statements and forecasts, and choosing most suitable business model for yourself.
Learners will develop an understanding of the practical and personal challenges of launching their new business.
