What you will learn

At the cutting edge of movement science. Improve posture, strength and flexibility. Suitable for all levels of fitness from non-exercisers to dancers.

By the end of the course you will be able to

  • Have an awareness of my general posture with focus on the spine
  • Be able to breathe efficiently and know the importance of functional breathing for posture, health and vitality
  • Know the importance of a neutral spine and pelvis whilst standing, sitting, lying down, walking and lifting

Class format and activities

Demonstration and practical work, group discussion and individual one to one adjustment and feedback

In order to ensure that you make the best possible progress on your course, you will have regular feedback from your tutor, in a constructive and supportive environment.

Entry requirements

You will need to have a degree of concentration and a basic level of fitness
