Ingrid Molinos is a performer, choreographer and teacher of contemporary dance. She joined Morley College at the start of 2014.
Ingrid graduated with a First Class Honours BA in Dance Studies from Middlesex University, specialising in choreography, Graham technique and science of movement.
She is a member of Amici Dance Theatre Company with whom she has been involved as a performer, facilitator and choreographer in projects both in the UK and abroad. Ingrid has also taught in inclusive settings with Arts One/Arts Base and participated in the IGNITE seminar through Gloucestershire Dance as well as attending the intensive teacher training and international artist lab with Candoco Dance Company.
Ingrid’s choreographic work has been shown at the Lakeview Theatre, Wimbledon School of Arts, the Robyn Howard Dance Theatre and at The Old Finsbury Town Hall.
As a performer she has danced in works by Wayne McGregor/Random Dance, Wolfgang Stange, Un Yamada, Bill Robinson and Kenrick H2O Sandy.
Ingrid is also a practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method, a somatic educational method that focuses in learning and movement.
Ingrid has merged her interests and experience to create an inclusive class where students can share and acknowledge each other’s abilities. Her class focuses on developing both technique and creativity.
