Lexi Bradburn

Lexi is a founding artist, co-director and teacher with Oxford-based tap-company ‘Sole Rebel Tap’, since 2010: an associate company with Morley College, Swindon Dance, Pegasus Theatre and The Point.

Currently ‘Sole Rebel Tap’ are thrilled to be developing a tap and clown two-woman show ‘One Trick Ponies’, after their success with 2016 show ‘Blushed’ which performed at London’s innovative Vault Festival and at Brighton and Edinburgh Fringe Festivals, to sell-out audiences. Lexi also performed as part of the London 2012 Opening Ceremony as a ‘Tap-dancing Dementor’.

Lexi continues to feed her passion for tap through professional classes, training and collaborations in tap across London and the South. She has attended Stockholm and Brighton International Tap Festivals, where she has trained with some of the world’s most high-profile tap dancers and continues to train with leading UK tappers from ‘Old Kent Road’ tap dance company.

Lexi currently teaches twelve weekly tap classes for adults, ranging from Complete Beginners to Advanced, taught across Oxford, and London. At Morley Lexi is the Rhythm Tap tutor and also works as one of the administrators for the Dance and Drama departments.
