Morley College London is an Institute of Adult Learning with specialist designated institution status (SDI). Founded in 1889, we provide learning opportunities to over 12,000 people every year, specialising in Arts, Culture and Applied Sciences. In February 2020, Morley College London will merge with Kensington and Chelsea College, running provision from sites in North Kensington, Chelsea and Waterloo. This is an exciting time to join a growing college which is set to become one of the largest Institutes of Adult Learning in the country.
Morley College London is looking to appoint highly experienced and enthusiastic managers to lead on transformational quality enhancement, compliance strategies, development and implementation of processes for its Higher Education and Access to HE provision.
Working closely with the Head of Quality and Standards in the management of the College’s quality assurance and embedding of quality improvement systems, you will have an unswerving commitment to educational excellence and student achievement and will be passionate and meticulous about meeting standards and student expectations.
Putting our students first, you will work collaboratively with curriculum and professional services managers to ensure a collective commitment to quality enhancement and a consistently outstanding student experience across all College main and satellite centres
With significant experience of working in a quality assurance or related environment, a deep understanding of quality systems for Higher Education in FE and Access programmes and a strong ability to influence beyond your span of control, you will have a proven commitment to raising quality and a track record of effecting improvement.
