Esteemed singing teacher visits Morley College

Ghislane Morgan, one of the UK's most sought-after singing teachers, will be visiting Morley College this month to lead a special workshop on Singing and Performance Anxiety.

Ghislane is much in demand as a singing teacher and coach, and also enjoys an international career as a soloist and choral singer. She read music at Oxford University before training at the Royal College of Music, where she was awarded the Sacher Scholarship, and has sung with the Monteverdi Chior, the Tallis Scholars and the Sixteen amonst many others. She has also featured as a soloist on numerous recordings.

During the workshop, which will take place on Sunday 12 February from 11am to 4pm, she will help participants expore a range of tried-and-tested techniques to combat performance anxieties and improve their singing performances.
