Ceramics tutor publishes book
The publication, titled The Workshop Guide to Ceramics, has been co-written by Anthony Quinn and will be published by Thames & Hudson, a leading publisher of illustated art and design books.
The hardback is an essential reference tool for those working with ceramics, providing lots of useful information about techniques, tools, materials and machinery. It offers handy tips for ceramicists of all levels, from amateurs and students to practising professionals, and is particularly useful for anyone who may be interested in setting up their own ceramics workshop at some point in the future.
Copies will go on sale in March and can be pre-ordered now.
Duncan is a ceramic artist and has produced a number of art commissions including permanent installations outside the award-winning Alsop/Stormer Peckham Library, South London,at BBC Leicester, and at Hove Museum. He has designed and made large scale temporary work for Sadler's Wells and South Bank Centre, London.
